About Our Practice

Are you a real medical practice?

Yes. Green Wellness Centre & Spa is a fully licensed medical facility operating under physician oversight. Every provider on our team holds the appropriate professional license for the services they perform, and we operate to medical-grade standards because we are a medical-grade practice.

Who is your Medical Director?

Our Medical Director is a Florida-licensed physician who oversees all medical aesthetic procedures, reviews protocols, trains staff on safety and complication management, and is available for direct consultation when needed. We're proud to be transparent about our medical oversight — feel free to ask in person at your consultation.

Are you prepared for medical emergencies?

Yes. We maintain on-site emergency medications including hyaluronidase (for vascular occlusions), epinephrine, and antihistamines, along with crash supplies, oxygen, and an AED. Our staff hold current certifications and we have established protocols for transferring care to a hospital if ever needed. Read more in our Wild West of Medspas guide.

Booking & Consultations

Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?

For most medical aesthetic services — including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, peptide therapy, GLP-1 weight loss programs, microneedling, laser, and body contouring — yes, we require a complimentary consultation to assess your goals, review your medical history, and design a personalized treatment plan. This is part of our commitment to safety and natural-looking results.

How do I book an appointment?

All bookings are handled through our scheduling platform, Vagaro. Visit our booking page or call us at (954) 800-2468.

Are virtual consultations available?

For some services, yes — we offer virtual consultations for skincare guidance and select wellness programs. In-person consultations are required for most injectable, laser, and body contouring services.

Treatments & Aftercare

Will my treatment be painful?

Most of our treatments are minimally uncomfortable. Topical numbing cream is used for procedures like microneedling, laser, and many injectables to keep things comfortable. We always prioritize patient comfort and will pause anytime you need a moment.

What's the difference between Botox and dermal fillers?

Botox is a neuromodulator that relaxes specific muscles to soften dynamic wrinkles (forehead lines, crow's feet, frown lines). Dermal fillers add volume and define features (lips, cheeks, jawline). They're complementary — many patients use both as part of facial balancing.

How long do results last?

Botox typically lasts 3–4 months. Hyaluronic acid fillers last 6–18 months depending on the product. Sculptra results can last 2+ years. Microneedling results build over 3 months and benefit from a series. Laser treatments often require maintenance sessions. Specifics vary by individual — your provider will give you a realistic timeline at your consultation.

Are your treatments safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Many medical aesthetic treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding — including Botox, fillers, retinoids, certain peptides, GLP-1 medications, and most laser treatments. Always inform your provider if you're pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive so we can build a plan that's safe for you.

Skincare Products

Are your skincare products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. We carry formulas for every skin type, including a dedicated Sensitive & Calming collection with fragrance-free, redness-reducing options like our Soothing Serum, Calm Soothing Mask, and Gentle Vitamin Cleanser.

Can I get product recommendations without coming in?

Absolutely. Email us at greenwellnessfl@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @greenwellnesscentre with your skin concerns and we'll help you build a routine. You can also browse our Shop the Routine page for curated bundles.

Do you ship products?

Yes — we ship throughout the U.S. Local Coral Springs customers can also choose pickup at our spa at checkout (usually ready in about 2 hours during regular hours).

Payments & Policies

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We accept Cherry Financing and CareCredit for both services and products — with flexible monthly payment options and 0% APR plans available for qualified applicants.

How do gift cards work?

Skincare product gift cards are available through our online shop and can be used toward any skincare product on the site. Service gift cards (Botox, facials, body contouring, etc.) are purchased separately through our booking system or by calling the spa.

Do you take insurance?

Most medical aesthetic services are not covered by insurance. We accept FSA/HSA cards for some qualifying treatments — ask your provider at your consultation.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule services. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Full details appear when you book through Vagaro.
