Before Your Treatment

• Wear comfortable, easy-to-remove clothing

• Disclose any implants, pacemakers, or recent surgical procedures
• Avoid alcohol the day before

After Your Treatment

• Continue hydrating well — your body needs to flush out broken-down fat cells
• Resume normal activity immediately — no downtime required
• Mild soreness similar to an intense workout for 24–48 hours is expected
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
• Maintain your fitness and nutrition routine to maximize results
• Results build progressively over 4–12 weeks
